Renew, renew and again renew is the important commitment that the ownership has been applying for many years to the entire tourist park of “Prà delle Torri” where our company has been working hard in modernizing the accommodation for six continuous years in the winter closing period.
Year after year has seen us busy redoing the sewerage system, the new reception area with its entrance area, the park and water garden, the padel court, synonymous with dynamism and grit, and the exciting water slides for the enjoyment of the many guests, and the new service body. They are all new, modern and functional spaces for peaceful stays.

Description

1 – Year: 2016 Run time: 5 months Sewer system renovation area C. 2 – Year: 2017 Run time: 5 months Construction work to build the new entrance reception, with demolition of the old structure. Routine maintenance of the water park. Construction of a new beachfront restaurant. 3 – Year: 2018 Run time: 5 months Construction work for the construction of the new entrance to the vacation center. Minor maintenance work. Extraordinary maintenance of the water park. 4 – Year: 2019 Run time: 5 months Construction works for the creation of a water garden with related exterior works (Lot 1). 5 – Year: 2021 Run time: 5 months Construction works for the creation of a water garden with related exterior works (Lot 2). Construction work for the construction of new building for service purposes. 6 – Year: 2022 Run time: 2 months Construction of a padel court.
