Armellin is continually seeking recent college graduates and recent college graduates to join its workforce with growth training, and site managers with previous experience in the role.
Currently the figures sought are:
The successful candidate(s) will be hired on a permanent contract basis and will be fully autonomous in managing the operational activity on the assigned construction sites to coordinate with the company’s technical management, supervise and coordinate both direct and indirect technical personnel on the construction site, and Monitor the production progress of the job orders in terms of time and economics. They should have mastery in site accounting (SAL/Variants/ETC) and ensure achievement of operational and financial results.
The successful candidate(s) will have purchasing, estimating and drafting of estimated metric calculations. The ideal resource will have surveyor diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Architecture and/or equivalent qualifications with English language skills preferred.
The successful candidate(s) will be expected to distribute and coordinate the activities of site workers, assign responsibilities, instruct workers and monitor the progress and quality of work performed, and supervise the application of occupational safety and environmental protection measures.
