With Real Eyes Sport to build an increasingly welcoming society
Armellin Construction collaborates with the Association Real Eyes Sports, a non-profit Amateur Sports Association, which is the brainchild of Daniel Cassioli, blind since birth due to retinitis pigmentosa, award-winning world and European water skiing champion and member of the CIP National Council (Italian Paralympic Committee), and a number of professionals who have been involved for years in the promotion, organization and support of sports and social activities related to the world of disabilities and others.
Between a serene, well-behaving, well-moving child and a child who does not, there is adult action, family dialogue, opportunity, fate. Real Eyes Sport wants a blind or visually impaired child’s approach to sports to take place regardless of their condition.
The goal of Real Eyes Sport is to develop a renewed culture about the benefits that motor activity brings, all the more so in the presence of a disability. In this way, the story of a sports champion brings added value to an entire segment of the population, serving as a real facilitating catalyst.
The Association understands sports as an educational-rehabilitative ally capable of enhancing the differences of each person and aims to convey important values such as confidence in one’s own means and toward others, determination to achieve goals, and the possibility of overcoming obstacles through commitment and regardless of respective starting conditions.
Real Eyes Sport intends to act as a reference interlocutor for all those associations on the Italian territory that work for the benefit of people with disabilities to foster the process of inclusion, which is the basis for the harmonious growth of young people and useful for building an increasingly welcoming society.
