Construction of expansion of Famila supermarket sales area by means of new construction of a prefabricated building and building works following renovation of the existing part and construction of new parking lot serving the shopping center

Description

The expansion of Unicomm Group’s “Famila” large-scale retail building expands by 1,100 square meters for a total of 2,500 square meters of sales area.
It involves expansion but also restyling of the entire store to give a new format to the Brand.
Work also took place at night to make sure that community service activities were not interrupted. Multiple solutions were then adopted to encourage energy conservation with installation of less energy-efficient equipment with new air conditioning and lighting system now entirely with LED lights.
The parking lot was expanded by paving drainage asphalt and installed electric car charging stations.
