Extraordinary maintenance extension and elevation with volume increase of a building for tourist residential use

Description

The building is beachfront in a great location for family vacations. The existing building has been completely renovated with an increase of one floor and some apartments bringing the capacity to 60 apartments. The units are equipped with every comfort, air-conditioned and have large livable terraces with sea views. The windows and doors are thermally broken, and the entire top floor is executed with laminated wood roofing, which gives the building special elegance. Very important is the photovoltaic system extended to the entire roof surface.
