Residential building with tertiary activities and retail on the ground floor and attached garage on the first and second basement floors, all carried out with Casaclima methods.

Description

The project involves the construction of a building with two underground floors, a ground floor for commercial use and five floors for residential use for a total of 20 apartments. Initially, the site was subjected to a major reclamation and consolidation of the perimeter walls of the excavation, work carried out by the client, to proceed with the construction of the reinforced concrete structure that involves its construction like a normal building. Its peculiarity lies in the achievement of the “Casaclima Nature” standard, which requires the certification of all the materials used.
