Renovation project with demolition and reconstruction in extension of industrial building to be used as a store

Description

Demolition of the existing commercial-craft warehouse of about 700 square meters to replace it with a building more functional to the needs of the new workings. New foundations will be made, and the building will be made of insulated, precast concrete panels with a usable area of 550 square meters. Special attention will be paid to summer and winter air conditioning, which will be self-produced with a photovoltaic system on the roof. Parking spaces of 720 square meters and a green area of 90 square meters will be provided.
