Demolition of old building and new construction of commercial and residential building for 42 units

Description

General contractor work with execution of concrete structure with underground parking spaces and finishing of the building to completion, includes ‘execution of the open area with formation of public square, green furniture and parking lots. The building is located in the center of Bibione’s promenades and pedestrian island. The name Ecopalacemare refers to the significant photovoltaic system that powers the building and the attention paid to wall and roof insulation and the high insulating quality of glass and window frames.
