New construction of commercial building and implementation of urbanization works

Description

The building confirms Aldi’s strong development in Emilia Romagna. It has a sales area of more than 1,170 square meters and provides 130 free parking spaces for users. The intervention redevelops the area with a marked improvement in traffic flow thanks to the new bike path, sidewalks and underpass connecting with the neighborhood in addition to the creation of a green area with planted trees. The store is equipped with a 48 kwp photovoltaic system certified in class a/4 and can be defined as a “green” facility by adhering to the environmental sustainability policies of the aldi group. Work performed under general contractor with execution of reinforced concrete foundation, installation of precast wall panels, and completion of the building with window frames, flooring, and fixtures. It is equipped with food processing and staff rooms.
