Description

The building has a sales area of 1,370 square meters and provides 100 free parking spaces for users. The intervention redevelops the 6,000-square-meter area with the new building and organized outdoor rearrangement, parking and greenery, with a marked improvement in urban planning and environmental sustainability. The building is equipped with a 48.06 kwp photovoltaic system certified as a class a/1 state-of-the-art facility and can be defined as a "green" facility by adhering to the Aldi Group's environmental sustainability policies. Work performed under general contractor with execution of reinforced concrete foundation, installation of precast wall panels, and completion of the building with window frames, flooring, and fixtures. It is equipped with rooms for food processing and staffing of 14 operators.
