Description

The building confirms Aldi Group's expansion in Emilia-Romagna. It has a sales area of 1,090 square meters. The intervention redevelops the area with a marked improvement of the road system to the new bike path, sidewalks in addition to the creation of a green area with planted trees and a parking lot. The store is equipped with a 49.3 kwp photovoltaic system certified in class a/4 and can be defined as a "green" facility by adhering to the Aldi Group's environmental sustainability policies. Work performed under general contractor with execution of reinforced concrete foundations, installation of precast wall panels and completion of the building with window and door frames, flooring and fixtures, and execution of urbanization works. It is equipped with rooms for food processing and staffing of about 12 workers.
