New construction of commercial building of medium sales structure and construction of urbanization works

Description

The building has a sales area of more than 1,100 square meters and provides users with 90 free parking spaces. The intervention redevelops the area with marked improvement of the road system with the construction of a new traffic circle, bike lane and sidewalks. It is equipped with a 48 kw photovoltaic system certified in class A/4. Work performed under general contractor with execution of reinforced concrete foundation with installation of precast wall panels and completion of the building with window frames, flooring and installations. It is equipped with rooms available for food processing.
