Completion of an advanced raw building for medium retail commercial use

Description

The newly constructed building is located on a key artery in Bolzano that easily connects it to Merano and in an area undergoing redevelopment. In the intervention, the basement floor is fully utilized for the needs of the business and leaves the ground floor plan totally free for customers, thus giving a sales area of more than 1,200 square meters. Intervention performed under general contractor with the implementation of the installations, windows and doors, and new ceramic floors.
