Renovation and conservation work of residential building in the historic center

Description

Complete restoration and rehabilitation work by unifying two residential units, creating a single residential ground-floor unit. It involves a consolidation of foundations and perimeter walls with seismic improvement, basement extension, insertion of new stairs and domestic elevator, with installation of new wooden floors and IPE beams, and roof in laminated wood structure. New electrical and mechanical systems were made and new wooden windows and doors were installed. A pocket terrace was built in the attic, integrated with respect to the pitched floors.
