Renovation and expansion of building for hotel use with elevation of family spa 4-star hotel with 100 rooms facing the sea

Description

Restyling and characterization of the building by strengthening its identity, expansion and elevation by doubling the accommodation capacity by increasing it by 50 rooms.
In order to keep the loads on the foundations low, metal carpentry structures were used in the elevation and expansion, both internal and external finishing works added value to the hotel, the plant engineering was completely renovated to optimize its efficiency, implementation of new glass facade, new arrangement of parking lots and green areas to serve customers.
