Description

The 1,250-cubic-meter Bellini apartment building is the first building constructed in the “former De Nardi ” recovery plan. Placed to the north, it consists of three stories rises between the existing two-story buildings and the next four-story building.
It is located in the green part, almost parallel to the Montican River, with a striking panoramic view of the hills and the first mountains.
The ground floor has a large porch and an office; apartments are located on the upper floors.
