Description

The 6,500-cubic-meter Vivarini condominium is a building arranged from east to west for commercial and office use on the ground floor and residential use on the first, second, and third floors and attic. It involves the rehabilitation of an old building (former hosiery factory) that used to be the heart of operations, with the production machines on the floors for the female workers. It is characterized by its vaulted roof that houses inside two-story apartments of large square footage and with beautiful panoramic views of the prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site.
