Description

The 8,500-cubic-meter Vecellio condominium is a commercial and office building on the ground floor and residential on the first, second, and third floors. It is developed from east to west to obtain a perspective that favors views toward the city’s castle; at the same time it enjoys a beautiful view to the north of the Monticano River, the hills now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Venetian foothills. The apartments have their own north and south facades, and livable terraces provide excellent livability. To the south they overlook the inner pedestrian plaza.
