Demolition of old building and new construction of building with 16 apartments for tourist use

Description

Located near fountain square in Bibione the work is performed in general contractor. Involves the demolition of the existing building and execution of the reinforced concrete structure of the building with insulation coating finishes, ceramic flooring, electrical, plumbing and thermal systems to turnkey completion. At the top on the common terrace, a large swimming pool was placed and BBQs were built on all terraces. The uncovered area was executed with draining grass grids, self-locking paving for parking lots with under-services, and made the green furniture.
