Building renovation with demolition and extension for the construction of hotel building

Description

Demolition of a marine colony built in 1950 and decommissioned in 1989. Subsequently, a 200-room building will be built, arranged on two towers of four and six floors resting on a common platform on the ground and second floors, set back 40 meters from the beachfront so as to develop the beachfront area into green space with trees confirming the current happy environmental relationship. A solarium and swimming pool will be built on the roof, served by outdoor panoramic elevators. For demolition and construction, special attention will be paid to the reuse of materials and extensive use will be made of prefabrication to achieve a satisfactory CO2 (carbon dioxide) saving index, and a separate collection plan for construction site waste will be set up.
