Description

The building consists of eight floors above ground; it is beachfront with the swimming pool positioned near the beach. It is planned to make foundation reinforcements to rest a metal truss structure stiffening the structure of the entire building leaning against the outer walls of the building for the benefit of supporting the new, more projecting balconies. The building will be covered with 20 cm insulation material, creating space for the ventilated wall. New French doors will be made and windows will be replaced with higher-performance aluminum and pvc frames.
