Private real estate initiative with demolition of an old building and construction of 12 new residential units

Description

Located near the dock in Lignano, the work is performed under general contractor. Involves the demolition of the existing building and execution of the reinforced concrete structure of the building and finishes of cladding with insulating coat, ceramic tile flooring, electrical, plumbing and thermal systems to turnkey completion. All residential units have double north/south facing that enhance their location; special attention is paid to the lights outside the building that give a pleasant and very elegant effect.
